You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business and professional use.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan you choose) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. We will provide notice of any price change before it applies to you.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your initial purchase. Full details, eligibility, and how to request a refund are described in our Refund Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as stated in the Refund Policy.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services and content for your own business use. You agree not to:

Our community (hosted on Skool and Discord) is a benefit of membership. You agree to behave respectfully and follow the community rules. We may remove content or revoke community access for violations, in our discretion.
The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms (including Stripe, Clerk, Mux, Skool, and Discord). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheHUB.Business and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
