TheHUB.Business LLC ("TheHUB.Business", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website thehub.business and the related member portal, courses, community, and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Account information — your name and email address, managed through our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number; Stripe provides us with a customer ID, subscription status, and limited billing details.
• Learning and usage data — your course progress, skills unlocked, videos watched, and similar activity, stored in our database (Supabase).
• Product analytics — how you interact with the Services, collected via PostHog to improve the product.
• Communications — your email and preferences, used to send transactional (Resend) and marketing (Klaviyo) messages.
• Community data — if you join our community on Skool or Discord, those platforms process your information under their own policies.

We use your information to provide and operate the Services, process payments and subscriptions, personalize your experience, send you important account and marketing communications, improve our product, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers ("subprocessors") that help us run the Services, including: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Mux (video hosting), Klaviyo and Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting), and Skool/Discord (community).

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR), or to know about and delete your information and opt out of its "sale" (CCPA/CPRA — note that we do not sell personal information).

We operate in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to this processing.
